First Race
In a sudden fit of something or other, I have entered my first ever race, the Ely New Year's Eve 10k. So that's 68 days to get ready. Oooer!

In July 2005, at the age of 39, I decided to start doing some running. Most running blogs seem to be written by people who are terrifyingly fit and have years of running experience. This one isn't.
