Of course being a bank holiday it's now tipping it down. And to reinforce the British public holiday stereotype, I have some shelves to put up.

In July 2005, at the age of 39, I decided to start doing some running. Most running blogs seem to be written by people who are terrifyingly fit and have years of running experience. This one isn't.
